To see if marriage counselling can help, why not arrange a preliminary assessment session with Dr. Colm who will assess your issues and needs and make some suggestions and recommendations that can help you in your situation. In making a preliminary appointment you are not signing up for anything other than for a single session to see if couples counselling is what you need at this time. Dr. Colm will present some options and you can decide if you need or wish to continue.
